Shipping

All pieces are carefully packed and shipped from New Jersey.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.

At this time, we ship within the United States.

Because each ceramic piece is carefully wrapped and packed by hand, processing times may vary slightly during collection launches or busy periods.

Packaging

Ceramics are fragile by nature, and every order is packed with great care using protective materials to help ensure safe delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@casiforma.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the damaged item
  • photos of the shipping label

Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be required for a carrier claim.

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit is appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
